These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made through HarmonyFusionRecords.com (the “Store”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1) Seller
Harmony Fusion Records (“HFR,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

2) Products
The Store may offer digital products (e.g., MP3 downloads, digital bundles, digital artwork). If physical merchandise is offered, additional terms may apply (see Section 10).
3) License & Permitted Use (Digital Downloads)
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files for personal, non-commercial listening/viewing.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or publicly post the files (including to streaming platforms, file sharing, or “leak” sites).
- Claim ownership or authorship of the works.
- Use the files in commercial projects (ads, films, games, client work, monetized content) without written permission/licensing from HFR.

4) Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are delivered via download link, customer account access, and/or email delivery after payment is confirmed.
You are responsible for:
- Providing a valid email address
- Maintaining access to the email/account used for purchase
- Ensuring your device can download and play standard audio formats.
5) Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in the Store at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on location and the product type. Payments are processed through the Store’s payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
6) All Sales / Promotions
Any promotions, discounts, or pricing changes are valid only as displayed in the Store and may change at any time.
7) Refunds (Digital Products)
Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final once download access is provided, except:
- The file is defective/corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement, or
- You were charged incorrectly due to a system error, or
- A refund is required by applicable law.

- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the issue (and screenshots if relevant)
8) Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of access to downloads and future purchases. We reserve the right to refuse service for suspected fraud.
9) Intellectual Property
All music, artwork, trademarks, and content remain the property of HFR and/or the rights holders. Purchase does not transfer ownership—only the limited license described above.
10) Physical Merchandise (If/When Offered)
If we offer physical merchandise, the product page will specify:
- Shipping regions, costs, and estimated timelines
- Returns/exchanges policy for that merchandise
- Any “final sale” items
Unless stated otherwise, physical items must be returned unused and in original condition for returns to be considered.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HFR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
12) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Store at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida where HFR operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
