At Harmony Fusion Records, we provide both digital music products and physical custom-printed merchandise. Because these items are delivered differently, they are governed by separate guidelines outlined below.

Digital Product Policy

All digital purchases made on this website are for electronic downloads. Access to purchased files is provided immediately after successful payment.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all digital sales are considered final except in limited circumstances such as file corruption or accidental duplicate billing.

Physical Merchandise Policy (Custom Print-on-Demand)

Our physical items (apparel, coffee cups, tumblers, and accessories) are custom-made and fulfilled to order.

  • Damaged or Misprinted Items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please include clear photos of the issue. Verified defects or transit damage will receive a replacement item shipped entirely at our expense.
  • Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Sizing and Buyer’s Remorse: Because every item is custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please verify all sizing charts before finalizing your order.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Include:

  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the issue (with photo attachments for physical product defects)

Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.

Refund Method

Approved monetary refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend entirely on your payment provider.
