Commission Structure
Base Commission
30% of total cart value (excluding taxes and refunded transactions)
Performance Incentives
- 100+ verified monthly sales → 40% commission
- 500+ verified monthly sales → 50% commission
Commission applies to the full cart value during a qualifying transaction.
Monthly performance tiers reset at the beginning of each calendar month.

- 30-day attribution window
- Last-click attribution model

Commission is payable only on successfully processed and non-refunded purchases.

Prohibited Activities

- PPC bidding on brand terms
- Boosted posts or sponsored placements
- Traffic purchases or artificial traffic
- Spam-based promotion
- Domain registrations using Company trademarks
- Misrepresentation as official Company staff
Violations result in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Intellectual Property
All masters, artwork, branding, and digital assets remain the exclusive property of Harmony Fusion Records LLC.
Participation in the Partner Network does not grant ownership or royalty rights beyond earned commission.
